Free case review
Send your medical reports by WhatsApp, email or at our Douala office. We check that nothing important is missing and, with your consent, share them with specialist hospitals in India.

Medical opinion & estimate
Specialists give a written opinion: diagnosis, recommended treatment, expected stay and the hospital’s own cost estimate. We explain it to you and your family, in FCFA or your currency.

You decide, with your family
Take your time. Ask every question. You can compare options and decide only when you are ready. There is no pressure and no fee for the review.

Visa invitation letter & e-Medical visa
The hospital issues a visa invitation letter. We guide you step by step through the official e-Medical visa application for the patient and up to two attendants.

Travel & accommodation
We help you compare flight options and find a place to stay near the hospital that suits your budget, including family-friendly guest houses.
- 6
Airport pickup
Someone is waiting for you on arrival in India and takes you to your accommodation or straight to the hospital.

French interpreter & daily support
Interpreting is arranged for consultations, and our team stays reachable on WhatsApp in French or English throughout your stay.

Treatment in India
You are treated by the hospital’s team. With your permission, we keep your family at home informed.

Return & follow-up at home
You fly home with a discharge summary and instructions. We help you stay in touch with the treating doctors for reviews, reports and online consultations.
Money
Talking about money, honestly
Hospitals in India give estimates in US dollars or rupees. We go through yours line by line, converted to FCFA or your currency, so you can plan with your family. We never quote a price before a hospital has reviewed your reports.
An estimate is not a final bill: the cost can change depending on what the doctors find and how treatment goes.
A full budget usually includes
- Treatment and hospital stay (paid directly to the hospital)
- Tests and medicines
- Visas for the patient and attendants
- Return flights
- Accommodation and food near the hospital
- Local transport and phone data
Our commitments
No referral fees
We do not pay referral fees to anyone, including doctors. Referring a patient is simply a way of helping a family.
Your consent first
We share your reports only with your permission and only with the doctors who review your case.
A word of honesty: no one can promise a cure. The treating doctors decide the treatment, and results differ from patient to patient. What we promise is clear information, respect and support at every step.
